How does the AirParkOne valet service work?

Valet parking is the fastest, most convenient and hassle-free form of airport parking.

Is AirParkOne parking cheaper?

Our Valet Parking service is up to 40% cheaper than any other offer at the airport.  Airport parking prices are like flight-tickets and hotel rooms; they vary according to the season, occupancy, competition, special events, and other factors. Therefore it is impossible to guarantee that we can always offer the cheapest parking solution. In comparison to off-site shuttle bus parking, you will experience that AirParkOne pricing is surprisingly similar to alternative parking. What AirParkOne offers is convenience, time-saving, and ease to your travel.

How far away is the AirParkOne parking from the airport?

Our parking house is conveniently located only minutes from the Hamburg International Airport, enabling us to offer you quick and precise service.

Do I need to make a reservation to book parking?

Yes, you need to reserve beforehand. Booking online or via the free AirParkOne app (Apple Store, Google Play) is easy and guarantees your Parking space. You can book and change your existing bookings 24/7.

Can I book last minute?

You can book AirParkOne parking online or via our app (Apple StoreGoogle Play) up to 12 hours before your scheduled airport arrival. It is always a good idea to book as far in advance as possible to guarantee your availability and the best price.

How far ahead can I book?

You can book an AirParkOne parking space online or via our free app (Apple StoreGoogle Play) up to 12 months in advance of your travel date.

Do I need to leave my car keys?

Yes. We cannot drive your car without keys. One of our chauffeurs will pick-up your vehicle in front of the departure terminal and meet you at the same place when you come back. At the key drop-off, you will receive a ticket that you need to present into pick-up your car upon your return.

What time do I need to arrive at the airport?

We will collect your car outside your departure terminal. Handing your vehicle over to us is quick and easy, generally taking only 3-4 minutes. It is then up to you how much time you want to have at the airport. Each airline has different rules and check-in times.

Are your chauffeurs insured to drive my car?

All our chauffeurs are fully insured. Your vehicle is covered for all potential damages; when we are driving your car and when your vehicle is parked with us.

Can I park a minibus or large vehicle?

Maximum size car we are able to park is 5,50m  long and 2,00m high.

We park standard cars or minibuses with up to 9 seats, including the driver. All other larger minibuses or vehicles require special licence endorsements and cannot be driven by our chauffeurs. Can I have my car cleaned?

Yes. Our professional car washing service lets you choose from exterior hand washing, inside cleaning or both.

What should I do if I do not receive my AirParkOne reservation confirmation?

First, make sure to check your spam box. If you have not received your AirParkOne reservation confirmation 15 minutes after you book, please call us, and we will email you your confirmation again. We may ask you to provide an additional alternative email address. What hours do AirParkOne parking operate?

We are open when the airport is open. If you can fly, we are there and can take care of your car.

What do I do if I am driving a different car?

Please let us know if you change your car. You can always update all your details in your booking. Log into My AirParkOne using your reservation number from your booking confirmation and update the required information.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

You can cancel or amend your booking for free up to 24 hours before your arrival time. To manage your existing booking, log in to My AirParkOne, where you can modify your current reservations. Please note, we cannot offer a refund or credit for un-used reservations.

If you do not cancel you will be charge the price for one day. 

What if I change my flight or experience delays?

We understand that things can change. Therefore you can always change your booking, even while your car is parked with us.

If you plan to stay away longer, miss your flight, or it is cancelled or delayed, use My AirParkOne to modify your reservation. Please give us as much notice as you possibly can to ensure your vehicle is ready for you at your return.

Can I get an invoice to my Company?

The invoice is automatically sent out via email after you collect your car. At the time of your booking, you can select the invoice to be issued to you or your company.

If you have lost an invoice, you can always find a copy at My AirParkOne. Our system automatically saves all your receipts and bookings — login to print out or download whatever document you need.

What if I extend my stay?

If you inform us that you will extend your stay, the fee charged is subject to availability of parking spaces. You will be charged the normal parking price in accordance to price-list on the day you extend. If you do not notify us of an extended stay, you will be charged the first-day fee for each additional day.

What if there is an emergency?

Yes, it is possible to delete your account. Log into My AirParkOne, navigate to the profile page and click the DELETE button at the bottom.

→ The following data will be deleted: user information (name, address, contact details), company information, credit card details, and car information.
→ The following data will not be deleted: bookings, orders, invoices, and refunds.
